Food is decent, only thing I don’t like is how flaky the chicken breading is. Biscuits are good. Overall, the food is nice (way better than denny’s)

We never stopped at a Popeye’s on the west coast but well familiar from the east coast.
This was our first restaurant on the west coast we’ve been to. Was pretty disappointed in our popeye experience. You could tell the food wasn’t fresh and was sitting out for a while before serving (especially the fry’s). Atmosphere was a general fast food atmosphere. Nothing exceptional. The staff is polite and cordial. Management was kind and very helpful, with employees working real fast. However, the AI ordering system is horrific and often gets orders wrong, requiring correction by employees.
