Jack in the Box in Murrieta

“Drive thru service was fast and efficient. What I’ve enjoyed from this location is the friendliness of the employees especially the young gentleman “Jose”. I was literally having the worst day because I had been sick for about a week and wasn’t feeling better and my two young picky children were hungry and I didn’t feel like cooking so I stopped at Jack and JOSE was soooo patient, kind, attentive, and had excellent customer service. He also made my meal a little cheaper since everything was taken off of it from the kids not wanting this and that like Mayo,ketchup, onions, pickles etc….Jose was absolutely amazing and attentive and really helped turned my day around from his kindness. Maybe I just get lucky with the good, happy and best employees :) my food is always fresh and tastes great. Overall it was such a positive experience at this location and I hope the managers here recognize Jose for his customer service and patience. Such a positive experience.“

“This lady was very rude to me. I asked to order in . She was maybe in a rush to tale her break but instantly dosregarded the order and me waiting to pay. This kind guy walked to the front desk and finished what she started. Not sure of his name but he is working the drive thru is solid and flowing. But ordering in will take longer than usual hense why i am able to write this all before i get my food .

Very good tasting. Amicable ambiance everything was reliably on time .

Its more of a drive thru location where service is prioritized on drive thru flow.

“We just decided to stop by and get early dinner. This was our first time at this place. I had the best help I ever received at a Hamburger Place. The Server was Edgardo C. And he was super. Spoke very clear, repeated all the order correctly and explained all his questions very well, such as, what size you want it and the prices for them. He was fast, knowledgeable and very friendly. It’s so hard to find wonderful employees these days so I would like to let you know that Edgardo is a keeper. I will be coming more often. Thanks so much.“

“It seems that they're always out of something and the majority of the time my hamburgers are squished like somebody had sat on it other than that just like any other Jack in the Box the people are friendly that's definitely a positive

“This is the best jack in the box I’ve been to, I’m not even exaggerating. The atmosphere was fantastic, service was outstanding, and literally it’s the best food I’ve had from a Jack in the box. I give applause to these workers, thank you!“

“A nice, clean place to pick up or dine in lunch. I came in Murrieta today for temporary job, did not bring my lunch box, so I stop by. Even though my order time was not up( I arrived a little early ), they checked me in and made it right away. Thank you. I do hope I can come here in Murrieta and come by again.“
