Awesome little spot in a quiet business area. The staff are so sweet and so far it's the only place in CA that I've found Kolaches at! (If you know, you know) Their drinks are super good, I had a dirty chai and a black pearl soda I believe as well as the breakfast tacos and it was all very tasty and refreshing!

Always delicious. Our favorites are the breakfast burrito and ham and cheese croissant.
Nice place, I enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Veggie sandwich hit the spot.

Proper Bakery + Cafe is a welcome addition to the local scene, known for its delicious treats and over-the-top food. The atmosphere is lovely and clean, with staff that are consistently described as warm, engaging, kind, friendly, helpful, and incredibly pleasant. They are earnestly enthusiastic about the offerings and provide excellent customer service.
The menu features a variety of highly recommended items. For drinks, the coconut latte is delicious, the coffee is perfectly made and aromatic, and custom drinks like the lavender latte with a touch of mocha or the taro milk tea and caramel cloud coffee are good. Mixed drinks like the Sweet Thang and Georgia Peach are fantastic. Food highlights include the best breakfast burrito, a fresh Greek salad with chicken, a flavorful chicken ciabatta sandwich, grilled cheese, and a Southwest Salad that is thoroughly enjoyed. The kochele pastry, a hot dog in a croissant bun, is soft and not dry.
For desserts and pastries, the cinnamon roll and chocolate roll are popular, with the chocolate roll noted for its enjoyable chocolaty gooeyness. The cinnamon roll is fresh with a nice flavor and very good frosting, though some find it more bread-like and less cinnamon-forward, possessing a snickerdoodle quality. The sweet bun roll and snickerdoodles are also yummy. The establishment uses real glasses, plates, and silverware, adding to its charm. It is considered by far the BEST bakery in town, guaranteeing that you will not be disappointed with anything you order.
