Chipotle Mexican Grill in Napa

“Food was on point! Today you get either free guacamole or Free queso if you have the Chipotle app highly recommend it!

Initially, they messed up one of my tacos. What happens next, if so cool the young lady says I apologize. I could take the chicken off put it on the side and give you the meat you wanted? So I agreed and she still gave me the chicken. It was good. I ate it with my chips.

I feel most of the time people say all the company wants us to throw it away because of pettiness and spite.

This chipotle has good customer service. They are honest girls and guys. The two girls assisted me with my tacos are super nice very clean atmosphere. I’m definitely coming back over and over again. Highly recommended.“

“I always order from this place ? over all my experience was a lil concerning the lady tried to charge us for guacamole on all of our bowls when we didn't order it on mine, Got it in another bowl and Burrito though. we had asked for hot sauce on the side for the Burrito they said it was koo towards the end so we order chips and salsa as a side she literally wanted to argue that we already got the salsa so we said ok looked in the bag ad was disappointed and when we went back and asked for more she gave it to us and we asked how much she said it was free tell me why it wasn't even half full $43 an rude service over salsa and guacamole she knows who she is smh“
