Arranged last minute and Dean was more than welcoming! What a great host with a ton of info! Everything was done with such care to make some seriously delicious wines.
Entire line up of wines were top shelf.
Brought some friends for a wonderful afternoon visit at Elyse Winery. Serious quality winemaking happening here, the art of the blend. Real old school Napa Valley, not to be missed.

Elyse produces some truly great Napa varietals from their relatively small operation. They can almost always be depended upon for the quality of their wine as representative of the land on which it is grown. Highly recommended.
