“Went to Napa for a work conference and stumbled upon this gem. I was there 10 minutes before closing time and the sweet lady behind the counter welcomed me in. She talked about all the different flavors, the history behind them, and what she thought I would like. Decided on chocolate and sweet corn and was not disappointed! The flavor was bold and the texture exceptionally creamy. If I lived in Napa, I would be eating ice cream every day. Please do not snooze on this spot. You will not be disappointed. If you are lucky, you will also get a history lesson on the valley and how the owners used generational recipes to create these delights.“
