Many consider it the best Oaxacan food they've ever had, with homemade ingredients and fresh, homemade food. The quesabirria, with its huge blue corn tortilla and delicious birria and consome, and the huarache with carnitas are both amazing. The veggie potato-poblano pepper burrito is also a standout, and families love their burritos, sopes, and tortas. The asada burrito is delicious with super tender meat, and the al pastor is one of a kind.
