Our tasting at Progeny Winery was defined as much by the warmth and joy of the experience as by the wines themselves, thanks to the exceptional care of our host, Blanca Preciado-Luna. This is a beautiful boutique vineyard with wonderful wines. Our host, Jaclyn, was amazing and so informative and conversational. By far one on my favorite wineries to visit in Napa!!!

Progeny Winery offers an exceptional wine-tasting experience amidst breathtaking grounds and impressive architecture. The owners' inspiring story and knowledgeable hosts provide a warm welcome. The winery produces a limited quantity of high-quality wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon and Trinity Blanc, which can be paired with delicious meat and cheese plates or a private lunch pairing featuring delicacies like duck leg stuffed with andouille sausage. Their 2019 cab-dominant red is a robust, velvety delight, and the Rhone style GSM is equally loved. Sitting on top of Mt Veeder surrounded by grape vines, every window is a framed landscape. The wine, food, presentation, and education are remarkable, making Progeny a must-visit destination in Napa Valley.
