Freddie made the experience. He doesn’t work for Starbucks but was such an asset to the store. Service on the other hand was slow because of chit chat behind the counter. Which I don’t find at the many Starbucks I go to. They are quick and responsive.
The location is prime due to the large windows of the building, District One looks very nice through them (Downtown Napa).
Valerie! Your energy and welcoming mannerism was so heart warming. Thank you!
Everyone in this location is awesome! Thanks to management and the team for making this my favorite Starbucks.

This Starbucks location in Napa offers a pleasant atmosphere with ample seating and parking. The food is described as super hot and fresh, while the drinks, particularly the white chocolate mocha, are made to perfection. The staff is friendly, and the store has a variety of items, including a selection of cups. The surrounding area provides opportunities for walking and taking pictures.
