“This was a excellent Vietnamese food dinner, fresh and flavorful. We had a group of four and enjoyed sharing a variety of tasty plates. The menu is diverse enough that there is something for everyone and a refreshing alternative to the very good chop houses and Italian restaurants in the area. Special props to the bartender who personally helped me select several high quality single barrel bourbons to enjoy with my meal, as well as cocktails for my guests.“

The employees are over the top in their service to you. I had the breakfast sandwich and the Strawberry Hibiscus ( must have!!)

“Well, there I was just driving along minding my own business when all the sudden I spotted a taco truck that I haven't enjoyed before, well I can fix that oversight, so in I pulled.The line wasn't long and moved at a good pace, indicating solid teamwork from the kitchen. The aromas coming from the kitchen were amazing and I hoped the food was just as good, well..It wasn't! It was better, the tacos were perfect in flavor, texture and spice as were the beans.5 stars.“

“WOW!I was going to stop at the Mexican restaurant by the high school but I had my pal Ringwally Stinkfinger with me and he was in a hurry to get back to his Hyperlooper shop there by the lumberyard so we stopped at the Trattoria Mexicana truck for Chimichangas, they were the best I've ever had. ☆☆☆☆☆“

“The food was very tasty and filling. There were a lot of options, but I ended up getting their Huarache con carne. Their service was really nice, the workers were attentive to our needs and checked up on us once in a while, it really made the atmosphere nice and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend to go and visit.“
