“This was the frist I had to wait, at frist she said another 15 minutes even though I called it in and paid online, then it really took 30 minutes but it was worth the wait. I enjoy the service and atmosphere it's always the same, from the Manager on down and they pay careful attention when bagging my To Go Oder. The food is hot and delicious it was worth the wait and still hot when I got it home.“
“I had a wonderful experience at Denny’s, and a big part of that was because of our server, Natalie. She provided excellent customer service from the moment we were seated. She was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued as customers.
Natalie checked on us regularly without being overbearing, made sure our order was correct, answered our questions with patience, and was very attentive to the little details. She had a great attitude throughout our entire visit and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
