Absolutely delicious! The jajangmyeon (black bean noodles) has the perfect savory flavor, and the jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup) has a fantastic, rich broth with just the right amount of kick. Portions are huge and the food comes out fast. Definitely a new favorite spot!
1st time here but I don’t like places with no table service
A wonderful Korean noodle experience into Paik's Noodle. There aren't many Korean spots offering Jajangmyeon and even fewer that do it right.
Fantastic customer service was provided at the register. Sky was super patient and accommodating as I tried to make up my mind as it all looked so delicious as she helped me navigate my overwhelmed eyes.

Paik's Noodle in National City offers a wonderful Korean noodle experience. The jajangmyeon (black bean noodles) has the perfect savory flavor, and the jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup) has a fantastic, rich broth with just the right amount of kick. The jjajangmyeon comes out freshly cooked and is classic korean-chinese jjajang. The Beef Jjamppong features a beef broth that is so amazing with so much flavor. The spicy shrimp is a must try. The soy garlic, and sweet and spicy wings, along with the sweet-and-sour chicken and the tangsuyuk, are also available. Portions are huge and the food comes out fast. The food is really good—everything tastes fresh, and the flavors are spot-on and authentic. The staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient, making the whole dining experience wonderful. Fantastic customer service is provided at the register, with recommendations, extra napkins, and plates offered. The restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are great. This is a new favorite spot and definitely worth coming back to.
