Terrible service, my number was 44 and they were serving 52. I approached and asked and they told me that there were no potatoes and that I had to wait. They were rude and in a bad mood. All the workers just stood there, they didn't know what they were doing. They threw things at you and didn't look at your face. Very rude.

I’m not blaming the employees but the company itself. This store doesn’t have anyone how to operate the kiosk when you try to void an order. They said once you pay, it cannot be voided because nobody knows hot to void the order. There are three staff and non of them know how to troubleshoot the kiosk. The general manager name Thyanmeht said she doesn’t have an access to void or refund once you pay that is final! A “GENERAL MANAGER” no access . Popeyes you know better educate your crew to mitigate the issues. The General Manager still professional even my frustration almost elevated.

Anyone who ate cole slaw yesterday here feeling OK? I had a food poison from that causing stomach ache and going to bathroom all night long... more than 20 times getting diarrhea and still have stomach ache... Hope I get better today... The cole slaw was tasting a bit sour, I thought it always tastes like that, but after 2 little spoon, I had to throw away... and that finally made me sick...

Food was not good, service was not customer service that you are supposed to receive at all. Water is free at fast food places and my daughter just wanted water because of the heat wave outside. They denied water and she passed out there. They don't offer free refills. I wouldn't come to this location at all. The owners really need to read there reviews if they even want to keep customers and your manager James has zero respect or has any idea of customer service at all. He needs to be demoted.

Thank you for destroying my stomach [sarcasm]. I ordered a number 2 combo. My sandwich was ungodly too hot to eat. Also, I didn't receive a biscuit, as included in the meal deal. Also, no refills on drinks. I paid $15 for foodflation...and got gut wrenching diarrhea. Never again!

I worked here and more than once I saw that the chicken was defrosted with hot water and also the work environment is terrible. The manager treated me badly for simply telling her that she was a warrior that she could handle the job but like her She told me that she is stressed and thinks she can talk to you in derogatory ways and my way of thinking is if you can't handle the job, don't take it. I already filed a lawsuit for the lady. Don't eat at this popeyes, the panda express is better

The worse ignorance service ever. I'm super pissed because I paid almost 40 dlls and turns out the Manager charged extra drinkable and additional items we didn't order when I approached the Manager she kept telling ne to return the items I took. And I told her I never took anything I didn't order. It was all sitting on the counter. I left without eating while I sat there watching my family eat. All this also happened while she had the worst lazy energy and annoyed look on her face while we ordered

Came here today while shopping in PlazaBonita. Ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders. Service was fast. Food was ok. Chicken tenders kinda chewy. It was a bit pricey, but I was really craving it. I wassurprised that I was asked to pay $1.29 for a refill on a small coke. I've never had to pay for a soda refill. I guess they have to make up for the absurd $20.00 dollar an hour minimum wage here in California. Won't be coming back.
