I want to thank Osmar Jose and Juan Pablo I was under what to get they help me get combos in a good price. They also give me sauce and napkins, and your chips without asking which I think is really cool because sometimes you don’t usually get it. You have to ask for all of that.

This was one of the best Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen experiences I’ve had in a while! The food was fresh and flavorful, and the service really stood out. Carlos provided excellent customer service, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. It’s always great to see employees who genuinely care about the customer experience. They don't deserve even one star; the employees have a terrible attitude, starting with their manager, who left me talking and turned away.

Terrible service, this Popeyes has terrible customer service. The manager rolls her eyes when you ask her a question about the menu. They shouldn't have that person in charge of a fast-food restaurant; she looks frustrated and inexperienced. Don't come to this Popeyes.

They have inefficient staff, they don't know how to solve problems. I ordered 30 minutes in advance through the app, arrived to pick up my order, and they couldn't find it in the system. The manager didn't even know how to use the system; she's incompetent.

ordered online and sat and waited 45 minutes, paid $15 for 6 boneless wings the size of my pinkie toe. the employee looked miserable and had a horrible attitude.

Should of read the reviews before I visited. Smaller portions. They even wanted to charge extra for a refill on a soda.

Relatively small portions compared to their non-mall locations. One of my chicken strips was smaller than the sauce packet. Speaking of sauces. They only give one sauce per 4 strips. The beans/rice containers aren’t filled all the way.
