Called in an order on a Saturday night, quick to answer and the server was very patient over the phone with us. Food was ready by the estimated pick up time so we didn't get a chance to see the ambiance but it seemed nice and calm. All the food was good. we had the tonkotsu ramen, the spicy seafood ramen, egg rolls, gyoza and spicy garlic edamame.
When you first walk in it is odd to order at the counter first. I can see that being an issue if it gets busy. The associate working the counter and serving was great and super nice. I would say the restaurant is very clean, no sticky residue on the tables, chairs were all clean and this place has been open for a while now too. Great job with that.
