Zhangliang Malatang Spicy Hotpot is a great addition to National City, a neighborhood gem conveniently located in the same plaza as Seafood City. The restaurant is really spacious, clean, and cozy with a cute, laidback, and inviting atmosphere. It is great for small or large parties. The concept is quick hotpot with great quality. The plates are huge and all of the ingredients are fresh. The classic bone broth is enjoyed, along with seafood items and good quality beef. The servers are extremely helpful, nice, and provide awesome customer service, helping guests get familiar with the process. It is definitely a place to redo and become a regular.
