“I had the pleasure of working with the team at this store to celebrate my sister's recent achievement—she completed her Bachelor’s degree a semester early! I wanted to surprise her with a cake that would not only reflect her graduation but also add to the special occasion. Despite it being December and the busy Christmas season (a time when graduation-themed decorations aren’t exactly in abundance), the staff went above and beyond to make it happen.

The employees went out of their way to search the back for the perfect decorations to fit the graduation theme. I truly appreciated their effort and dedication. When the cake arrived, I was blown away by both the taste and the thoughtful presentation. The cake was not only delicious but also beautifully decorated, making it a memorable part of my sister’s celebration.

The customer service I received was exceptional—everyone was kind, accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. “I ordered a milk n cookie shake with whipped cream on top - it’s dangerously delicious. I had four e-gift cards, but I didn’t know which one still had a balance in it. When my first gift card showed a $0 balance, I offered to use my credit card. Cassandra encouraged me to try the other gift cards, so I greatly appreciate her for punching in all four of my gift cards. Finally, the fourth gift card had a balance in it. Taking her advice, I took a screenshot of it to use in the future.On a different note, the custom ice cream cakes are fantastic!“

“I've been having these kind of desserts when I was younger. The quality and the taste of them has never changed. The Bundt Cakes have come in different sizes. You can get your own personal one or a bigger size for a special event.The last one we got one is during my sister's 21st birthday party. We got the bigger one and a personal one. The middle part of the personal size cake is the best since the icing is usually very cold and solid. Everything else tastes sweet, but it's still good to come here.I actually get those occasionally from events, but I probably get one my own soon.“

“Went here on a whim since I felt the craving for ice cream. It's been years since the last time I've got Coldstone, so I wasn't really sure what's so special about it. Then I quickly remembered that they basically do one those cold stone tablets to mix the ice cream with the toppings. There were too many choices, so I just (sorta) randomly picked the cookie dough and a few toppings. They also have this to-go containers which is pretty handy if you want to do takeaway (since that's pretty much the only option these days). The person making my ice cream even put the leftover in a small cup so I had a bit extra. Very nice and definitely not complaining.“

“I was never really a super fan of cupcakes until sprinkles came along. The ogs. Their dark chocolate, and red velvet are amazing. It’s like eating a frosted cake and truffle at the same time if that makes any sense. These seasonal and pretty much all their flavors are worth a try since they use high quality ingredients and are baked fresh. Frosting shots are just another reason to visit.“
