“I had a great experience at this Cold Stone Creamery! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they made my ice cream exactly the way I wanted. The mix-ins were fresh, and the ice cream was super creamy and delicious. The store was clean and well-organized, and service was quick even though it was busy. “I live in Palo Alto- I usually get stuff over there but i was out and about Milpitas and ordered Triple Bundtlet Tower via APP- 8/15 5 PM pick up- I got there and my order was a few minutes delayed. Literally 3-4 mins - it was my lemon cake that took a tiny bit longer to get ready - I didnt mind it at all. To my surprise, even for that couple of minutes of a waiting - Vishika (hope I spelled it right) at the front and I didn't get a chance to get the other wonderful team member's name that offered me extra bundtlet, as well as Tran that gave my order with another sincere apologies all handled the situation extraordinarily well. I was simply blown away with these 3 people's amazing service! And when I got home, it was the best bundtlet i've ever had. YUM!!!! I had to get going so I couldnt thank each one of you once more in person lol. So here you go. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much! “My favorite cupcake is definitely the rainbow sprinkles one — it’s so moist and delicious! The service was super fast too, which I appreciated. I’ve tried some of the other cupcakes, but they were a little on the dry side. Still, I keep coming back just for that sprinkles one it never disappoints!“

“Been here many times to purchase their mini bundt cakes. Not too sweet but packed with flavor. Owner says all natural ingredients. She is a big supporter of the community and I recently met her at the flower give away at Washington Hospital. Her store is very inviting. The smells, the colors and of course, the bundt cakes! They are the best in Fremont. Service by staff is excellent. Plenty of free parking. Highly recommended!“

“I ordered a milk n cookie shake with whipped cream on top - it’s dangerously delicious. I had four e-gift cards, but I didn’t know which one still had a balance in it. When my first gift card showed a $0 balance, I offered to use my credit card. Cassandra encouraged me to try the other gift cards, so I greatly appreciate her for punching in all four of my gift cards. Finally, the fourth gift card had a balance in it. Taking her advice, I took a screenshot of it to use in the future.On a different note, the custom ice cream cakes are fantastic!“

“Went here on a whim since I felt the craving for ice cream. It's been years since the last time I've got Coldstone, so I wasn't really sure what's so special about it. Then I quickly remembered that they basically do one those cold stone tablets to mix the ice cream with the toppings. There were too many choices, so I just (sorta) randomly picked the cookie dough and a few toppings. They also have this to-go containers which is pretty handy if you want to do takeaway (since that's pretty much the only option these days). The person making my ice cream even put the leftover in a small cup so I had a bit extra. Very nice and definitely not complaining.“

“S’mores cupcake is always our favorite, just tried the new passion fruit, the frosting is light and just perfect. We don’t like foresting that is too thick and sweet. Now I have a new favorite. Staff are always kind, patient and helpful while I pick out the many flavors, never rushes and mentions there are more in the back if the display looks low.“
