Vegetarian options: I LOVE to eat vegetables. I’ve never had any problems ordering MANY delicious vegetables dishes there!

Parking: I’ve never had any problems finding a parking spot whenever I got to this restaurant, In fact, I could always find a parking spot very close to the entrance of the restaurant, in a handicap-parking space.

Wheelchair accessibility: I’m handicapped with a walker or wheelchair whenever I go out of my house. This restaurant is 100% wheelchair/walker accessible for their customers.

I really enjoyed the food and company. I found authentic Chinese cuisine you won’t find anywhere else. Example is “Black mushroom beef”.

My first time to dine in and ordered chicken chow mein. Food is not good, salty, oily and less chicken. The noodles are so hard to chew. They put more onions and beans. Dirty and unorganized place. Dirty tables and chair.. I don’t know how customers can stand this place.The tea cup is also dirty ? ughhhhh. Don't patronize this place.

I’m new to the area and tried a few Asian restaurants until I found Jade Palace, now I don’t go anywhere else. The service is great, and like a lot of small family owned restaurants the food is excellent. I highly recommend it!

My wife and I love all of their food, especially their honey walnut shrimp! Best in the bay area no doubt.

Poor flavor. Egg rolls are more akin to cabbage corn dogs. Not much meat for order.
