Papaya Thai is a Bay Area treasure. My wife and I stumbled upon it while looking for a good place to have lunch after running an errand in Newark. We had Lamb Yellow Curry Stew and Pad Thai with Shrimp. The lamb was perfectly cooked in a rich yellow curry with potatoes and carrots. The meat was as tender as you can possibly imagine.
