It’s a bar in the hotel. Got the fries and Sauvignon blanc. Seems like a chill spot.
Ask the bartender for the lychee martini, it’s so good!!!! Only 1 star docked because the food itself was a bit overpriced. Basically, get a drink here but pass on the food!
It gives the impression that it is rented for a few hours.

W XYZ Bar is a decent and average place for a drink, featuring a friendly and helpful staff. Located in the Aloft hotel in Newark, it serves as a classy and safe hangout for professionals. The bar is one of the few late-night options in the area, and the cocktail menu has seen some changes, with the lychee martini being a standout choice. However, it tends to run out of items, even on busy weekend nights. The hotel accommodations are basic, with decent beds and pillows, but short on amenities. Guests have noted that food can be a bit overpriced, so it's recommended to focus on drinks instead. The atmosphere is relaxing yet professional, making it suitable for open discussions among team members. Overall, W XYZ Bar is a decent choice for a casual drink, with a nice bar area and plenty of seating, but guests may want to have backup options in case of inventory issues.
