“First time, we had the Burrata app, then the Honey Badger and Foggy Mushroom pizzas. They were all amazing, a friend of ours suggested adding sausage to the mushroom pizza, will def try that next time! We went on a Friday night, there was a line out the door. The hostess took our name and said it would be about 25 minute wait, but it was only 15. Mike, our server, was very friendly and took great care of us, making sure that our 2 year grandson that was with us was well taken care of. Glasses never went empty before another beer was offered, and the food came out quickly. Highly recommended!“

Are you dense, you've been here right you expect a driver to wait the 15 minutes in line, 5 minutes at the grill not to mention the drive time gas and messy hands and you'd tip what like 3 dollars like every other cheapskate in this town. 3 dollar tips comes out to about 12 dollars an hour btw so if you tipped the same amount on here you'd make about 7 dollars in an hour. It just wouldn't work unless you wanted to spend 40$“

“This is one of my all-time favorite taquerias whenever I visit my family in Roseville. I live in Rio Vista, CA, so it’s a long drive, but it’s worth it. Their food is authentic and delicious, from their amazing tacos to their huge burritos. And their Quesabirria is simply the best. The staff is also super awesome, and I hope to meet Roberto one of these days. They never disappoint, and I give them a solid 10 out of 10.“

“We hosted our son and future daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner at Auburn Alehouse, and it was absolutely phenomenal. We feel so blessed that this special evening took place there. Lisa Ford, the co-owner, went above and beyond in every possible way. She designed a menu within our budget, created a customized bar menu, and she and her amazing team decorated, cooked, served, and made the patio feel warm, beautiful, and welcoming. They truly handled everything with such care and excellence. We were able to play our own customized Spotify playlist on the back patio for a fun Yacht Rock Friday night feeling, and their IT/AV support, Randy, helped us play a personalized video of the couple on the patio TV throughout the evening. It made the night feel even more personal and special. The food was truly the chef’s kiss, the beer by Brian Ford, co-owner and brewmaster, was incredible, and the service was outstanding. Trista and the wait staff were fun, attentive, and made our guests feel so well taken care of. One of the best parts of the evening was seeing our son and daughter-in-love so happy and surrounded by incredible family and friends who enjoyed honoring and celebrating them. Our guests could not stop talking about how wonderful the food, service, atmosphere, and overall experience were. Auburn Alehouse is family-owned, community-forward, and an incredible craft brewpub. It is a wonderful place for private events, date nights, gatherings, celebrations, or simply a great meal with great beer. If you are in Auburn, driving from Reno to the Bay Area, or heading up the mountain, stop here. They are also a fantastic choice for private events and can work with your budget. They even host private events at their Annex across the street. We are so grateful we chose Auburn Alehouse for such an important family celebration. Highly recommend! “Squeeze Inn has the best burgers in town and honestly, they should be considered one of the best burgers in the USA.

Every time I stop by, I see the same people working, and I love that it is a true family owned local business. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate seeing that kind of consistency, pride, and hard work.

The burgers are incredible. The meat always tastes fresh and is cooked perfectly, the cheese skirt is truly one of a kind, and the produce is always crisp and fresh. You can tell they care about what they’re serving.

“We moved to Colfax in December of 2023 and I have been wanting to try this place. Today is the 2nd time I ordered food via DoorDash. The first time I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and this time I ordered the Chicken Makhani. Both times I ordered the plain naan and the garlic naan. I have not had a lot of Indian food in the past, but this was 10/10 delicious!!!! So much better than I expected. Even the plain rice was so good! It arrived hot, and so fresh. I will be a regular customer now.“

“I recently dined at this restaurant and came away with a generally positive impression, though there is definitely room for improvement regarding their sushi portions. Right from the start, the overall atmosphere was great; the entire dining area was spotlessly clean, and the service was consistently good and welcoming.

For my meal, I decided to sample a couple of their signature sushi options. We ordered the Caterpillar roll and the Kamikaze roll. In terms of construction, both rolls suffered from a bit of an imbalance in their ingredients. The Caterpillar roll was filled mostly with cucumber, leaving only very small, sparse bits of eel inside. Similarly, the Kamikaze roll was packed with too much crunchy cucumber, which slightly overwhelmed the spicy tuna mix.

However, despite the rolls being skimped on fish and overloaded with vegetable filler, the quality of the food was still quite high. Every bite was remarkably fresh, clean, and tasty. The flavors are definitely there, and the kitchen clearly uses good components. If the chefs can balance out the ratios to include a bit more seafood and less cucumber, this place would easily earn a top rating from me.“
