And brother-in-law had a fabulous specialty with a breaded bacon, eggs, taties & home-made biscuit. “First time, we had the Burrata app, then the Honey Badger and Foggy Mushroom pizzas. They were all amazing, a friend of ours suggested adding sausage to the mushroom pizza, will def try that next time! We went on a Friday night, there was a line out the door. The hostess took our name and said it would be about 25 minute wait, but it was only 15. Mike, our server, was very friendly and took great care of us, making sure that our 2 year grandson that was with us was well taken care of. Glasses never went empty before another beer was offered, and the food came out quickly. Highly recommended!“

“This was my second visit, and the food was just as good as the first time. I ordered the sashimi, oysters, octopus, hand rolls, and edamame. Everything was fresh and delicious, especially the sashimi and oysters. I came with my daughter, and she had a great time too. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, which made it easy to enjoy our meal as a family. We’ll definitely be back again.“

“Great place good prices. To the person saying I wish door dash would let u order here. Are you dense, you've been here right you expect a driver to wait the 15 minutes in line, 5 minutes at the grill not to mention the drive time gas and messy hands and you'd tip what like 3 dollars like every other cheapskate in this town. 3 dollar tips comes out to about 12 dollars an hour btw so if you tipped the same amount on here you'd make about 7 dollars in an hour. It just wouldn't work unless you wanted to spend 40$“

“This is one of my all-time favorite taquerias whenever I visit my family in Roseville. I live in Rio Vista, CA, so it’s a long drive, but it’s worth it. Their food is authentic and delicious, from their amazing tacos to their huge burritos. And their Quesabirria is simply the best. The staff is also super awesome, and I hope to meet Roberto one of these days. They never disappoint, and I give them a solid 10 out of 10.“

“Squeeze Inn has the best burgers in town and honestly, they should be considered one of the best burgers in the USA.

Every time I stop by, I see the same people working, and I love that it is a true family owned local business. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate seeing that kind of consistency, pride, and hard work.

The burgers are incredible. The meat always tastes fresh and is cooked perfectly, the cheese skirt is truly one of a kind, and the produce is always crisp and fresh. You can tell they care about what they’re serving.

I love this place and will continue being a customer every week. Thank you guys for making my day every time I stop by for lunch!“

“We went here not expecting much and had a fantastic morning. Tatiana, our server, was SO NICE and SO ATTENTIVE, she was easily the highlight of our visit! She's that sort of over the top nice that you never experience. She was fantastic and made us feel super welcome.

I got the chicken fried steak breakfast and my wife got a traditional breakfast with biscuit and gravy on the side. First off, the biscuits are amazing, massive, fluffy, just perfect! Tatiana brought me honey with mine and recommended it, and she was SO RIGHT. The biscuit with butter and honey was incredible! The country gravy is really great too, not too thick where it becomes the entire meal, but flavorful and rich and hearty. My chicken fried steak was great, the eggs were perfectly cooked, everything was really good.

There were two things that I think could be improved. The potatoes had a great freshness and texture, but they completely lacked seasoning. No salt, no pepper, no herbs or spices. They would have been completely transformed by some rosemary, thyme, a little paprika or something, and salt and pepper. The orange juice was definitely from concentrate, and while it was pretty good, I've just been spoiled by not from concentrate juices. It's definitely not as big a deal as the potatoes though.

Again, Tatiana was great and we would come back JUST for her even if the food sucked, but most of the food was really good and worth a visit anyway!“

“Wonderful find! Outstanding Thai food. I had the avocado rolls with shrimp for an appetizer and Pad Thai with chicken for my meal. Both were wonderful. Good portions. I was a bit surprised I wasn't asked for a spice level on the Pad Thai. I definitely will return if in the area again. Give them a try!“

“We hosted our son and future daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner at Auburn Alehouse, and it was absolutely phenomenal. We feel so blessed that this special evening took place there. Lisa Ford, the co-owner, went above and beyond in every possible way. She designed a menu within our budget, created a customized bar menu, and she and her amazing team decorated, cooked, served, and made the patio feel warm, beautiful, and welcoming. They truly handled everything with such care and excellence. We were able to play our own customized Spotify playlist on the back patio for a fun Yacht Rock Friday night feeling, and their IT/AV support, Randy, helped us play a personalized video of the couple on the patio TV throughout the evening. It made the night feel even more personal and special. The food was truly the chef’s kiss, the beer by Brian Ford, co-owner and brewmaster, was incredible, and the service was outstanding. Trista and the wait staff were fun, attentive, and made our guests feel so well taken care of. One of the best parts of the evening was seeing our son and daughter-in-love so happy and surrounded by incredible family and friends who enjoyed honoring and celebrating them. Our guests could not stop talking about how wonderful the food, service, atmosphere, and overall experience were. Auburn Alehouse is family-owned, community-forward, and an incredible craft brewpub. It is a wonderful place for private events, date nights, gatherings, celebrations, or simply a great meal with great beer. “We moved to Colfax in December of 2023 and I have been wanting to try this place. Today is the 2nd time I ordered food via DoorDash. The first time I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and this time I ordered the Chicken Makhani. Both times I ordered the plain naan and the garlic naan. I have not had a lot of Indian food in the past, but this was 10/10 delicious!!!! So much better than I expected. Even the plain rice was so good! It arrived hot, and so fresh. “The best little hole-in-the wall Oaxaqueno (Oaxacan) Mexican restaurant! Traditional dishes are served here with beautiful presentation. The most delicious mole roja! They offer many authentic specialties straight from Oaxaca including Tlayudas! They even offer dishes with chapulines (grasshoppers). I did not try them though.

The waitress put up with my terrible Spanish when I told her I like to practice. She was cheerful and attentive. The restaurant is casual. They offer a comfortably air conditioned, screened patio. l will be back to eat my way through their extensive menu! What are you waiting for? Go now!“

“Max was absolutely fantastic! From the moment my son and I walked in, we were greeted with a huge smile and a warm welcome. He took the time to introduce us to the menu and recommended the happy hour specials, which we happily ordered.

This was honestly some of the best service we’ve ever experienced. Max was attentive throughout our visit, kept our drinks filled, and even suggested adding a side of mushrooms to our pizza, which was delicious!

We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredibly personable. We spent some time chatting, which made the experience feel even more welcoming.

I’m so glad we found this hidden gem! We’ll definitely be back—for the live music, after-school dinners, and even a midday snack after haircut appointments. Keep up the amazing work, and thank you for the outstanding service and delicious pizza!
