They treat their employees poorly.
We recently stayed at The Virgin Hotel in LV and really enjoyed the ice cream shop. My kids insisted on having it each night. The French toast flavor tasted exactly like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal ❤️ My only negative, the staff wasn’t very friendly. Some of them almost seemed like they were bothered by being asked to do their job. Would it prevent me from going again…no but something to work on.
