I don't want the amazing kitchen staff to be affected by poor service by the rest of their team.

The service team missed an item from my order, yet again. It was not during rush hours or even near closing time. They even told me they remember they missed items from my last order when I started opening the bag to check. Before I could finish checking they even realized exactly which item was missing! It's quite bizarre!

Then you will have to wait however long it takes for them to prepare the missing item. And if you realize something missing after you get home then you will have to drive back to essentially out in the boonies to pick up again.

I still tipped them. To their credit, they did compensate by adding the missing item from my last order even before I arrived. I just wish I didn't have to wait for the missing item after a long drive (with more to drive after).

And a minor issue with online ordering from their website, it kept erroring out--I tried at least 4 different cards. They did take phone order instead. But I spent 20 minutes doing all this which otherwise should have taken 3 or so minutes.“

The French dip sandwich was amazing, lightly meddled with horseradish so it's not too overwhelming and the meat and cheese were both abundant. I definitely souped up the rest of the aus ju after finishing the sandwich, I have to say for $10 this sandwich really lifted the bar. The potato salad was really good too, not too firm or too watery, tasted great! The lady at the front is super sweet and my sandwich came out relatively quick. “My sister recommended Prepped With Love to me as she had catered food from them for her husband's birthday.

I reached out to Carol about a month ago for my friend's baby shower I was hosting at my house this past Saturday. She responded to me immediately and sent me a catering menu. There were a lot of food options and the prices were reasonable. She was very kind and responded quickly to my questions via email.

It was such an easy process to order and it was very professional. I ordered the garlic noodles, teriyaki chicken though, kalbi and garlic shrimp.

Oh my goodness! Everyone loved the food that I ordered. They kept raving about it and people even asked to take some home. Haha. It was that good. Everything was so moist, flavorful and delicious! Cooked to perfection and everything just looked beautiful. Nothing was dry.
