I ordered online it said use the code phantom to get a chip and soda. I did not see during checkout anything where I can enter that code I figured when I get to the store they can fix it. The guy at the register said there’s nothing you can do.

Ike's is the best shop in the whole sandwich game. I would happily burn down every Jimmy Johns and Subway in Southern California if it meant a new Ike's location would open up close to my home. The meats are fresh and delicious. The Dutch Crunch bread is better than all other options in the history of bread making. The sandwiches all have funny names but are made to perfection and rarely suffer from mistakes. If you use the order ahead take out, the order is ready at or before the agreed upon time and packed, verified, and ready to go. Do yourself a favor, do your family a favor, do Ike a favor and stop going to lower quality sandwich shows. Go to Ike's!

Extremely disappointing experience at this location. My pregnant wife and I arrived 10 minutes before closing and reviewed the menu while waiting for someone to take our order. During that time, my wife went to use the restroom and let the employee know we were waiting. Despite this, no one approached us until 8:00 sharp, when the worker finally came over—only to inform us that they were now closed. The excuse was that they “didn’t see us,” even though my wife had spoken to him directly. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the two employees had started cleaning early and simply didn’t want to take our order. For a business that should prioritize customer service, especially so close to closing, this was unacceptable and very disappointing.
