Okay so this was my first time going to a winery. We got a Groupon for it, so we decided to give it a go. I loved the cheeses, and I ended up liking 1 wine, so we bought a bottle. They also gave us 2 of their wine glasses. It was a cool little day date, but it was like in a warehouse. So I recommend it to people in the area who don’t want to drive far to a vineyard. It was a nice lil day date.
I joined Orange Coast Winery's membership club for that local winery experience, living just up the street. It was a bummer that when I arrived at 7:30 on a Friday, they locked the door before their 8:00 closing time. When I called to explain I was just looking for one glass and wanted to buy a case, they still wouldn't let me in. Disappointing, and it led to us canceling our membership.

Orange Coast Winery is a well-organized and friendly place with delicious red wines. The perfect setting for socializing, it offers reasonably priced tastings. Despite not having a kitchen currently, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the owners honor expired deals. The bartender, Robert, adds to the experience with his friendly demeanor. With individually wrapped food available, it's a great spot for connecting with new people over a $20 tasting of red, white, or mixed wines.
