Salt & Straw is a unique ice cream shop offering adventurous flavors that delight foodies. This Portland, OR original gem has expanded to Southern California, where guests can enjoy indulgent flavors, including vegan options. With huge single scoops and a wide variety of choices, it's a great spot for groups. The ice cream is very creamy and filled with lots of bits and pieces for the flavor, like in the Pumpkin Bread & Coffee Nut or peanut butter brittle. While scoop sizes can sometimes vary, most are generous 3" scoops that make the line ohh and ahh. Servers are very nice and happy to let guests try multiple flavors—some even taste around 8 before deciding! A few flavors might be a little out there, but the experience is fun nonetheless. Though on the pricier side, the house-made flavors make it a worthwhile splurge. Plus, they offer pup-cups for furry friends!
