This is my go to spot when grabbing El Pollo Loco. The place is small so my orders are always to go. Take advantage of deals on their app.During lunch hours it can get busy so be mindful of that.
I wanted to come on here and commend Rosy and her team (I think she's the store manager) for her politeness and attentiveness. I ordered food online through the Pollo Loco app and went to pick it up and Rosy is pretty much on top of everything. From helping and guiding the cashiers, to possibly prepping the food and making sure every single item isn't left behind. I ordered a 3 piece meal (2 breast/1 wing), a loco salad, and black beans w chips and everything came in the bag....read full review
