“Pretty good flavors and seasoning. It tasted authentic. (I'm half Greek.) I really liked the tzatziki; surprised by the fresh cucumber flavor. They just added spanakopita made somewhere else; wondering if it's sourced from the same place C&K got it. I didn't get it this time. It's hard to beat my homemade. I'd love to hear people's opinion on that.

I ordered the beef/lamb gyro. By the time I added on the fries and drink, I should have ordered the gyro plate instead. Oh well, next time.

Iced tea is bottled Pure Leaf, meaning no refill. And this is a Pepsi place - yuck. There are 2 tractor juice choices.

“I've been to many burger spots in my life, but I've never had a burger as good as the Chef Burger from Burger Bun. I'm talking perfectly seasoned beef, and delicious (but not overpowering) burger sauce, crisp vegetables, and the brioche bun is spectacular. There's no burger in Glendale that even comes close. The wings are also some of the best I've ever had and the homemade sauces are so, so tasty. The fries are perfect, and they have amazing milkshakes too. To top it all off, the service is ridiculously good, and the prices are fair. This is my go-to spot in town.“

“Extensive menu with lots of options for sides, toppings and sauces. But the meat itself isn't that great. Both the chicken and lamb/beef were dry and not flavorful on their own. That's too bad because otherwise it's a pleasant venue with fast service. I won't be going back“

“I have had Greek food but when I say this was the most beautiful salad I’ve seen!!! I forgot to add the dressing and it was still delicious, crisp veggies, perfectly pickled olives, that feta cheese was the perfect balance of tang and savory. Imma always go visit my friend and get a plate at least one a week.“

“The first time I ate shawarma here, I stopped going to other places. This is the best shawarma in all of Los Angeles, no strings attached. I drive here every time I go from Koreatown, just because, or when I need to go to Glendale on business, I always stop here. The man working the register and making the shawarma is very nice. The place is located in a a cute little building (missed it on the first drive-by) with a mini garden to sit outside at one of four tables. The food is delicious, freshly prepared, cleanly presented. Now, if you are curious enough about my "rating scheme", here's "the moment of truth. I am a music photographer who travels the world with the worlds greatest musical talents (Michael Jackson, AC/DC, Rolling Stones or Rammstein, to name a few) for almost 40 years. When being asked "where do you live" I tended to ask "in hotels". At my peak, I "shot" 250 shows a year. Will say: been there, saw and tasted it, and a lot, as I may say and much to the dismay of my doctor who is in my back to lose a few pounds. Quite a few, as I may add, which is why my wife and I walk ten thousand steps per day, where- and whenever we can - and explore a lot of new exciting places - places you may oversee when just driving by. While I love to share my experience with others, I am sometimes shocked how people use their "power of word" to down-rate amazing places because of minor incidents (in my all time favourite​ restaurant Le Petit Four on Sunset Plaza the owner was even called a racist as he refused to toast the (free) bread in his packed restaurant - they simply do not offer toasted bread, as no French​ place does, as I may add). Or I just read "Chicken piccata so over-salted I hope the dog enjoys the leftovers tomorrow, I brought home most of the dish." Did they speak to their service? How could the restaurant learn that something was wrong when patrons even have their leftovers​ boxed to take home? As a dog owner,​ I want to take the writer and shake him or her really bad and say "you give over-salted food to your dog? Anyone with a bit of brain understands this is a horrible idea...​ I hope you agree. So If I had the say on this portal, I would offer just to see ratings of my friends. So I would see what the ratings were by like-minded people. Sadly, I have no say. I try not to compare apples with oranges. A place like this simply does not compare to "The Ritz". At first,​ I assume that a restaurant is clean, they do not greet you with a gun - and they deliver whatever they promise. I do not give stars for things that are expected. In my rating scheme, three or more stars are awarded if they actually exceeded my expectation. Four, if I am sure I will come back. To achieve five stars, I must be willing to take a detour of thirty minutes or more to go again. Again, thank you for reading this.“

“I found out it was opened & when I got there as usual I had a HARD time making my mind up what to get THIS TIME!. I really like alot of the choices on the menu. So I'll list favorites..feta fries..greek salad Chicken Shawarma..grilled chicken.. Gyro ..Chicken & Beef Kabob.. cakamari... rice .. seasoned fries..of course HUMMUS .garlic fries..a few paninis. Chicken & BEEF ANGUS KABOBS COMBO PLATES ..BAKLAVA for dessert sandwiches but I never tried there burgers“

“It had been a while since I’ve been to this place. Visited frequently a while back, but it’s been a few years.

Came back again today and was not disappointed. Same flavor and quality that I was used to. I got the combo plate that comes with steak kebab, chicken, kebab, and Lula kebab. It also has rice, french fries, hummus, pita bread, and a salad.

As soon as you walk in, you feel that home feeling and you can tell everything is made with love. A husband wife combo run the joint and cook some amazing food.
