For me, the menu highlights are the grilled meats, jambalaya, gumbo. I saw how the Pit-master grilled the meats. He was very clear about no shortcuts or rushing the process.The jambalaya and gumbo were the best items I ordered today (11/11). I will definitely order these again. They were the best I ever tasted. RAD Bar-B-Que is a gem worth trying for their grilled meats, jambalaya, and gumbo. The Pit-master takes no shortcuts in grilling the meats to perfection. The jambalaya and gumbo are the best ever tasted, perfectly seasoned with high-quality meats. The sides like Mac and Cheese, Collard Greens, and Red Beans & Rice were disappointing, lacking flavor and quality. The customer service is attentive and goes above and beyond. The prices may be a bit high for the portion sizes, but the quality of the gumbo and jambalaya make up for it. The ribs are fall-off-the-bone juicy and the hot link is delish, making it a must-try. Overall, the experience is worth a visit for the delicious main dishes and friendly service.
