For me, the menu highlights are the grilled meats, jambalaya, gumbo. I saw how the Pit-master grilled the meats. He was very clear about no shortcuts or rushing the process.The jambalaya and gumbo were the best items I ordered today (11/11). I will definitely order these again. They were the best I ever tasted. This is the gumbo is totally awesome! Some of the best I've ever had. My mouth was tingling with love. Tried the hot link, was delish and the ribs were fall off the bone juicy as well, didn't need the bbq sauce but once I dipped it, it brought it to another level. The folks running the pit were a pleasure to meet and brought a smile to my face, if you're any where near this place you've got to try this gem.
