I ordered a coffee and a sandwich. The coffee was ready quickly, but I waited half an hour for the sandwich; people who ordered after me got theirs before I did. When I went to ask about the sandwich, they didn't even realize they were supposed to make it... the service isn't very good.
One of the few Starbucks that has great service with the baristas to match. Every time my husband and I go there the orders have always been consistent quality
Was offered an actual cup, cup of coffee like at old school coffee houses. Shout out to Shaun (sp), friendly, who gave me that option without me asking. Made the whole experience with my friend (who just left) better. Bought a croissant, and additional, because of the experience.

Starbucks Coffee Company offers a mix of experiences. Some customers enjoy an old school coffee house feel, with an actual cup of coffee and a friendly barista who made the whole experience better, leading to the purchase of a croissant. Others find the first thing they smell is cigarette smoke, which is not a pleasant experience. Wait times for walk-in orders can take time if there are many customers in the drive-through. The coffee is enjoyable, and non-caffeinated drinks are offered, though drinks often come with a lot of ice. One customer was asked to leave by the daytime manager because of service animals, which is against the law. Another had a great experience with quick service, a customized order without hassle, and a pleasant barista at the window.
