He was alone and swamped with online and in person orders, yet he was able to remain calm and professional despite the amount of negative attitude he received from guests. To be able to keep such composure with that amount of stress is beyond my own capabilities. I commend this employee and I hope his employer does as well.“

“If a particular location does not accept coupons, they should clearly mark that both of the door and on their signage inside, using bigger than normal letters so people don't waste their time standing in line only to be told they don't accept the corporate coupons!
I have not come across an employee yet that does not need instructions on how to properly spread ingredients across the whole length and width of the sandwich so as not to leave the ends with nothing on them.“
