“Today is August 17, 2022, I came back because I had to try the steak bowl with all veggies and I had a can of BUBLY grapefruit flavored. Aleksandra, Sadee, Corrina and The rest of the staff are a lot of fun we spent a lot of time asking them about which pole I should try. I finally settled on the ribeye steak bowl with no rice… I had to have the garlic Serano sauce which Karina made clear was her favorite and turned out to be mine too but I had to add a couple packets of hot sauce the grapefruit drink I was enjoying was perfect with the spicy flavor and the meat was cooked to perfection! the store is kept very clean! Waba Wednesday means two chicken bowls for $12.99!“

“This is our neighborhood El Pollo Loco and have even had them cater for a family party. Always fast and consistent food. The service is always polite and patient with those trying to decide what to order. \nThe chicken pieces are always hot and juicy however if you put some in the refrigerator and go to eat it the next day (even if you warm it in the microwave) the chicken is then dry and all I can say is, eat El Pollo within an hour after getting the chicken as it really is pretty tough the next day!“

“At 1:40am I went in to get some chicken fingers, I ordered the food on the kiosk, I sat down for 2 min and my food was ready. I come to this location once a week and it never disappoints. I always get the caniac combo and it never disappoints. The customer service is fast and the hospitality is outstanding. The BOH and FOH are always on it for this reason I give this canes location 5 stars in every aspect. Who ever the General Manager is, he or she is doing an outstanding job. No wonder this location sells a lot every week.“

“Cant redeem the rewards points at any polloloco. I tried 6 diferent times in diferents locations. Every time i scan the code at kiosk ,cashiers or app it says invalid code. I dont see the purpose of earning points and not be able to redeem the points earned. What a dissappintment on the corporation“
