I feel like the portions are a bit smaller compared to normal pollo loco, but maybe that’s just me. Very quick service, I always wait 3 mins max after ordering. Honestly the fasted I’ve ever gotten my food.
The only issue that I've been dealing with all fastfood places is due to kiosk, more attention is given to drive thru customers while dining in customers seem to have to wait longer on placing and receiving meals. Plus more fastfood places ignore keeping dining areas clean and all trash cans are full and overflowing.
