“Jose the manager is exceptional in his service. We were given the wrong plate by accident. Jose corrected our order with a smile and a few jokes. The good taste even better because of Manager Jose here at Northridge Dennys.

“We had excellent service. They were super busy on a Sunday morning and we did pick up. We didn’t see the extra sausages we got, so we came back in to ask for them and the manager explained he put them inside the condiments bag and I said ok thank you, and as I was walking out to tell my husband to check the condiment bag, the manager came out and just gave me extra sausages just in case. This was really nice of them and made us feel appreciated and heard. Highly recommend this Denny’s. Shout out to the staff for being accommodating and helpful.“
