Craving authentic Nepal flavors right in Hollywood? You have to track down the Himalaya’s Momo food truck. I ordered the Chicken Madras Momo and the Hakka Noodles, and both were absolute standouts. The Chicken Madras Momo was packed with juicy, fragrant spices that make it deeply savory. To go with it, I had the Hakka Noodles, which had a great smoky, wok-tossed flavor that perfectly complemented the momos.

Himalaya’s Momo is a food truck in Hollywood and Northridge that serves authentic Nepal flavors. The Chicken Madras Momo is packed with juicy, fragrant spices and deeply savory. The Hakka Noodles have a great smoky, wok-tossed flavor that complements the momos. The veg loaded momos, butter veg momos, and tandoori momos are highly recommended. The chicken momo, chicken chili, and paneer chili all taste great and are prepared in less than 15 minutes. The pani puri and butter chicken momos are insanely good. The food is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced, with generous portions, massive flavor, and quick street-side service. There are many delicious vegan options. The staff is welcoming, kind, hospitable, and passionate. The truck is better than a huge restaurant and is one of the best in and around LA. It is a hidden gem and a treat you cannot pass up.
