“The food portions are very generous! Everything is delicious, and the owner truly pays attention to detail. They noticed my husband was watching a soccer game and kindly turned on the TV next to us so he could keep watching. We’ve been coming here many times, and it never disappoints.“

“Just fantastic. Everything was perfect: the staff, the food—just everything. Such an unassuming little place. We had the Chicken & Lulu Kebab and the Gyro Plate. Both meals were superb and really exceeded our expectations . On top of a wonderful meal, the staff really went out of their way to make us happy. We had a wonderful time and really look forward to coming back.“

“Went there at 5 on a Saturday with 12 people. Staff was very accommodating and worked to get us 2 tables next to each other.
Food was good. Panini steak sandwich was great. Overall happy with entire meal.
We did the family platters as well. Came out to about $25 a person with tips. Pretty good.“

“The food was delicious, to say the least. The chicken & beef were slightly dry and it was a little challenging to finish but that could be me, so don't let that stop you. My favorite items were the stuffed grape leaves and hummus w/ pita bread. Don't forget the Shirazi salad (chopped cucumbers & tomatoes). Enjoy!“

“I got caught in some street construction and had to drive thru Vanowen St when I saw Haig’s Kabob House !!! I immediately pulled over to take a look. They have all types of meats Beef… Lamb… Venison… Wild Boar… Chicken. Also all type of Mediterranean spices and drinks +hummus. I bought several pounds of marinated chicken breast. Went home and cooked up YUMMY. Every time I am near by .. got stop by!!!“

“this place by far has one of the best Kebab plates ever growing up eating kabobs it was very hard to find original here in the states very few places can make it as good as this place does the chef here is as original as it gets juicy and tender and full of flavor I love this spot it is gem in the neighborhood great place in San Fernando Valley I've had the lamb shank also and they're filet mignon skewers are delicious in the portions if you're not super hungry you're going to have some food for later on humongous“

“Order the pork chops and tell them to burn them. Absolutely delicious. Burn the tomato too! Be sure to get the sauce for the rice. Salad is fresh and very tasty. Overall, this has been a family favorite for years. You can go casual on attire.“

Even though they opened a new location in Santa Clarita, this one remains top tier—the taste here is always on point. Definitely my go-to spot!“

“Absolutely loved our experience at Oliver Pepper! I ordered the shawarma and my boyfriend got the chicken kebab plate—both were incredibly delicious, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can truly taste the quality and care put into the food.

The environment was welcoming and comfortable, but what really made the experience special was interacting with the owner and his family. They were so kind, genuine, and made us feel right at home.

Amazing food, great atmosphere, and even better hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

From the moment I walked into Kabab Village, I could tell this place takes pride in what they do. The restaurant is spotless — tables, floors, and even the small details like the silverware and water glasses are perfectly clean. Cleanliness: 10/10.

The staff is incredibly attentive and welcoming. They check on you just enough to make sure you’re comfortable, but never overbearing. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in providing excellent service.

Now, the food absolutely amazing. I ordered the Kubideh Plate, and it was perfection. The meat was tender, juicy, and full of authentic Persian flavor. The rice was fluffy with just the right touch of butter, and the grilled tomatoes added a perfect smoky balance. Every bite tasted fresh and homemade, not like a rushed meal but something made with love and tradition.

You can taste the authenticity in every dish it truly feels like a piece of Persian culture brought to Calabasas. The flavors, presentation, and quality easily make this one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants in the area.

“I think pricing is just right for they quality of the meat and how they serve the food wether it's for take out or dine in. I love that there's grilled tomatoes and veggies included and you can request to have all the rice in one tray and all the meat in another.“

“My friends and I stopped by this kabab place that is located in Topanga Social. We really like Kabob and wanted to go to the Glendale location but we settle for this one because it's closer. You should really order your food from your phone, they'll have a QR code at Topanga Social entrance to help speed up the process. We ordered at the tablet where the food place is and it can be slow or there might be a line. I got the Chicken Thighs Kabob Plate with no hummus and my friends all got the Beef Shish Kabob and Chicken Thigh Kabob Combo. They have a smaller menu here than the Glendale location. It took about 20 minutes for our food to be ready for pickup, you'll get a text when your food is ready. I didn't really like the rice or their cucumber salad but the chicken Kabob was seasoned perfectly. You can get beverages here but you'll have to go somewhere else to get ice because the drinks are not cold. You also have to walk around Topanga Social to find a table, it didn't us long to find a table to fit 4 people. The atmosphere at the Social is really like so you should check it out. I didn't finish my food so I had to ask for a to go bag and it's a pretty big bag.“

“I only recently went into Cicek's Chicken and couldn't believe how delicious it was. The quality is consistent every time. The moutabal is to die for, and the garlic sauce hits so good with the chicken. Speaking of which, the chicken is juicy and perfect. The filet mignon is so delicious too. Just tried the baklava and WOW, didn't expect it to be as delicious as it was. I was genuinely surprised. So happy to be a semi-regular now, this place rules. Give it a shot.“

“Drove 2 hours to get here and it was 100% worth it. I’m from OC and had heard about this place for a while finally tried it today.
Honestly, the best beef shawarma I’ve ever had, better than any spot in LA.
The falafel is also amazing.

“Been getting our bread from here for the past 9yrs or so. Very prompt with taking and arranging orders. The taste of bread and quality of flour is very good, very digestive!
Has some selection of dry fruits and sweets as well that may come handful specially around Eid occasions. Little space to sit though“
