The anticuchos, including the traditional cow heart, are a highlight—delicious, tender, and juicy like steak, not hard or chewy. The meat has the perfect marinade and a grilled, charred taste. They are served with a cabbage salad and grilled potatoes with huacatay sauce. The kitchen is very clean and organized, preparing food fresh. While piccarones are only available Friday through Sunday, the anticuchos are the best in LA, creating happy tastebuds.
