"Saltado" should be a Food Group. That....... Sauce.......... is what's had me Craving this Peruvian Dish since I tried it, back in 2009, at another restaurant.
I recommend Chios' Shrimp and Seafood Saltados to everyone I happen to discuss Latinx Food with. ALWAYS, extra Sauce.

Great Peruvian food, fair pricing and good portions. Customer service is always on good point.
The chicken with rice and beans is always great. Best in town.
