"Saltado" should be a Food Group. That....... Sauce.......... is what's had me Craving this Peruvian Dish since I tried it, back in 2009, at another restaurant.
I recommend Chios' Shrimp and Seafood Saltados to everyone I happen to discuss Latinx Food with. ALWAYS, extra Sauce.
I literally haven't tried anything else on the menu, Yet.
This place is so good. The rotisserie chicken stole the show—super juicy with that smoky Peruvian flavor. The lomo saltado was also really good, and the beans were way better than I expected, super soft. Definitely worth the drive.
