This was a truly unpleasant experience. I discovered a hair in my food, and when I brought it to the attention of the master chef, he removed it with his finger and questioned its presence. This was quite disappointing and indicative of low quality; I would certainly not recommend this establishment. I suggest visiting other nearby restaurants, as they offer better value and overall quality. I was particularly disgusted to find a beard hair in my meal.
Very disappointed with the service here. The employee who helped me, Rony, gave very poor customer service. I originally asked for a Pepsi, and when they said they didn’t have it, I asked for a Coke instead. However, he brought me a Sprite. When I politely told him that I did not order a Sprite, he responded with attitude and an unfriendly tone of voice. I did not appreciate the way I was treated at all.

Sansei is a mall food court spot, similar to Sarku Japan and Suki Hana, offering good prices and generous portions. The teriyaki chicken with rice and veggies for $10 is a satisfying meal. Quick service ensures you get your food in no time. The beef and shrimp teriyaki with added noodles is also a tasty option, although the beef can be a bit chewy. Overall, a convenient place for a filling meal.
