Very slow employees, no sense of time urgency at all! The line is always out the door and slow and I could truly understand if you were understaffed, but most of the time there is someone on each section of the sandwhich, (bread, toppings, wrapping, register) and still w/o fail you will be waiting 30 minutes for a sandwhich. There lines can take the better half of an hour. Drive off campus. Get food way faster and have a seat on a break. Don't plan on n coming here on a 'break." It's important not to have any plans following coming to this location as will take some time to get anything here. It's just not doable to come here with only an hour lunch break. .

Waited over an hour to get my sandwich. Had a trainee working at peak lunch hour, but normal employees were not faring much better. School had 5+ weeks to train but seems like they forgot about that aspect. Mobile ordering does not work even though there is a sign advertising it. Half of the store is closed off. Just not worth it to come in general.
