They do a really REALLY good job… at forgetting things I ask for. I asked for soy sauce. A simple request. Not even one that’s too impactful but dang does it make me sad. Not only that but my fortune cookie? NO FORTUNE WTH MAN. I already gotta deal with classes why do I also have to deal with bottom level customer service.
I witnessed a Male employee wareing all black.. Colored reddish hair pulled back under a hat. Latin in decent. He entered the women's restroom.. clearly stated WOMENS. At the time, there was no one in the men's restroom. I figured he was going to clean it, but nothing depicted closed while cleaning outside the restroom. So, about 10 minutes later, he came out of the women's bathroom, adjusting his back brace he had on. I'm just concerned with this type of behavior from what looks...read full review

The manager is a scammer and trys to "fix" it with a gift card of the amount, and trys evey possible way to NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK!!!! plus the free entree item they advertise is a scam they won't accept the coupon you get straight from panda express themselves!!!
