With all the money I've spent there, I hoped they would honor the free birthday fries. I was on a birthday trip up north, just got home and saw that it expired yesterday! The Northridge store refused, even though I was gonna spend over $30 today.
It's the principle, and I will never go there again.

Online order was 30 minutes late. Actually wasn’t cooking until I got there. Soda machine broken and they didn’t call to see if I still wanted a combo so I just paid more for less. Awful customer service told them I’ve been waiting way longer than normal and wasn’t offered an apology or explanation for the delay
