Tucked away in this small sleepy town is this crown jewel. Wait staff is warm and welcoming. Extremely attentive for such a laid back atmosphere. Really had the pleasure to really experience Crave’s pork chop which had a good balance of char, tenderness and flavor. Was not overcooked and the complementary sides rounded out my dish to perfection. If you can then get a table outside where the atmosphere is very relaxed.
I was CRAVING some good breakfast food and this place was no disappointment! The service was great and the food AMAZING, got me some mimosas and an omelet. So much food I couldn’t even eat it All!

Decided to try Crave after a friend recommend it - started with a nice Caesar salad then we both had steak frites ( upgraded to truffle fries) The Steak was Pure Perfection, from the perfect temperature, taste, presentation,& surprisingly the portion(large)! We ate outdoors with great service & a great casual atmosphere- Novato has a really nice restaurant that anyone could find a pleasant meal. Can't wait to try the chicken! Or maybe the Petrale sole special!
