I had the worst experience anyone can have in a place and more if a place to enjoy a meal. The reception in the place was good but the waitress who put us, of very bad Character, we finished eating with my friend and we wanted some dessert the waitress did not ask if we were offered something else I simply carry the Account, then we asked her the menu to see dessert options To what she took but I throw the menu practically in the Face, so strong that I spill the drink in my friend. I do not go to this place again and I do not recommend it, the manager was somewhat racist with us too.

Delicious food always good. The bad thing is that they served me coffee in a dirty glass with a lipstick mark on it on two occasions. And my daughter asked for hot chocolate, in the chocolate there was a small glass, that was very bad for my daughter because she no longer wanted to drink anything. The only thing What I would like is for it to be cleaner, better service where they serve customers.
If I had to guess why we were literally the only guests in here at 7pm on a Monday evening, it would be the volume at which the cook and waitress are talking shit about the guests. We literally walked in friendly and looking forward to eating a crepe 😂 Take it down a notch maybe? May the road rise to me you in all the challenges to come. And may your attitude flop like them pancakes if you actively make the choice everyday to stay this way. Bless you friends 🙌

They brought back the chicken Florentine crapes but not the same and was very disappointing when I asked for extra sauce and didn't get it Ketchup was expired and hash browns burnt!
Quiet atmosphere. I ordered a salmon plate and it was not cooked very well however I did order it in the morning so it's possible the cook was not used to cooking it. Service wasnt terrible. She was quick to check on us and mostly left us on our own and placed us in a quiet area which was totally fine with us because it fit the day we were having.
Bathroom stalls are very cramped with barely leg space to get around the stall door to allow it to close. This is the overall reason for the reduced star.
Wheelchair accessibility: Some.tables that chairs can be removed. Wide aisles.

IHOP in Novato was just a great place to have breakfast. The food and service was great!
Parking: In Novato CA IHOP has plenty of free parking!
