Always perfect and always friendly. I’ve seen some reviews saying staff was unfriendly and I’m wondering if they were at the wrong place. These ladies are friendly, efficient, and sometimes damned funny!
Food was great and delicious. They didnt help us order correctly. Gave us the wrong prawns for my mom. We went back and they would not put our money back on our card but they gave us a credit for the next time that we go there. They wrote our phone number and name down. We went the next day to retrieve our credit but they were closed. They are closed on Sundays go figure. They were nice enough to let us keep the wrong food order and give us the credit we are very grateful for...
Jennie Lowe's is our go to for gluten free Chinese food. It is incredible tasty and after more than 8 years of eating here, we have never had any problem with their food. It is always delicious. The staff are sweet and for the most part very able to make the dietary accommodations that we need. I love Jennie Low's!!!
