Delicious food, always prepared exactly as ordered! This location is the best one I've been to. The cracked pepper sandwich I order always has the right ratio of ingredients. The jalapeños they have are fresh which makes the sandwich extra special and delicious! The bread is always crusty and fresh. The customer service is great, every single person is friendly and prompt. Sim is always friendly and remembers my family when we stop by. She goes above and beyond as do the rest of the staff. By far the best deli style sandwich in Marin!
BEWARE OF GETTING YOUR ORDER MIXED UP! I recently went to this location and ordered 3 sandwiches, a Pastrami Ruben, A French Dip, and a Smoked Brisket. Making the order was easy. Wait time was minimal. The issue was that literally all three sandwiches were mislabeled. After leaving the restaurant and bringing the sandwiches back to my friends, I handed them all out according to the label on the sandwich. A few bites in, I realized something was off about my brisket sandwich. There was absolutely no veggies in it and it was just all meat. That kind of put me off to the sandwich and I didn't finish it. I asked my friend how his sandwich was and he said it was not what he expected from a Ruben. In fact it didn't taste like a Ruben at all. That's when I realized the sandwiches were labeled wrong. I immediately called the 3rd person who I brought a sandwich too and he said he really didn't like his sandwich and wouldn't order it again because it had mustard and he hates mustard. What seems to have happened was my smoked brisket was labeled as the Ruben, the Ruben was labeled as the French Dip, and the French dip was labeled as the Smoked Brisket. I handed each sandwich out according to what they were labeled. The labels were just wrong and no one enjoyed their meal. Only one of us actually finished the sandwich because he was starving. Two of our sandwiches ended up in the compost bin. Lessoned learned: Don't order more than one sandwich if you don't want the labels switched.

Actually amazing. For a chain that, let's be honest, kinda looks like a slightly better subway or firehouse subs at first glance, this place is great. And 100x better than either of those places. Their recent(ish) menu options are what solidifies this as a 5 for me - the brisket is incredibly good and the crunchy chicken sandwich is also great.

The sourdough bread is very and their sandwiches are delicious. Jersey Mike has the name recognition but Sourdough sandwiches are slightly better in my opinion. The restaurant is nice and the service was exceptional.

As someone with gluten issues, I find that Sourdough & Co's sourdough (made with a starter) works for me and doesn't bother my stomach - which is AMAZING. They also have a GF wrap option. Employees at this location are really nice and accommodating. So glad they added this location!
