“I'm not a bar person. We've just been going to support our friend at gigs. But so far, this was the nicest one. When we hadn't approached the bar to order any food or drinks, the waitress/bartender came to us asking if we wanted to order anything. It was clean both inside and on the patio. I really liked that you could sit at the seats closest to the stage, and it wasn't so crazy loud, like at some places we have been. Still plenty loud, but we could talk without having to talk right into each other's ear. I didn't get the chance to eat anything but our friend said the food was good.“
“Jorge was are waiter and he did an outstanding job. He refilled our drinks without asking, what ever we needed he was happy to get, he brought the food out fast, he checked on us through out the whole meal, and he was a very friendly person. You don’t get waiters like him very often anymore. The food was really good.“

More so than many fast food places recently. We each had their grilled Cod with mashed potatoes and gravy a SUPERB toast and assorted veggies. It also came with a scoop of ice cream or sorbet. “It was my first time at this location, ordered online for pick-up, and everything went smoothly. The order was ready on time, and nothing was missing. They provided utensils, sauces, and everything I requested. The customer service was excellent - friendly and attentive. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious. Only con, which will not be a deal breaker is that Parking was a full capacity, and I had to park on the street.“

My mother says it is the best mussels she has ever had and they have 1 lb of them for $5 on karaoke night every Monday. At 7:00 p.m. I love the chicken alfredo it's amazing.“
“I got my man card here. I stopped in for a late breakfast and ordered the country fried steak burrito. When it came out I was shocked at how big it was. The waitress said "if you finish it then you will earn a man card" and then proceeded to set a card on my table that said man card. Well not being one to back down from a food challenge I triumphantly finish the burrito and earned my man card. Lucky for me the burrito was delicious so it made it pretty easy to finish.“
“Unfortunately we had a bad experience. Our server took our order. We received our steak before receiving salad. When we informed the server that brought our steak that we had not received our salads, she asked who our server was. We told her we wasn't sure and also our drink was not correct. When our server finally brought our salads. She explained that the reason we got our steak first was because we ordered med rare and that she tasted the coke and it was fine.We informed her that this was not coke but something else. And to top it all off we asked for to go boxes for our salads. We informed her that they charged us for bacon bits on the salads which there were none. Her response was what do you want me to do, get you some bacon bits or take it off. “Spicy Chilaquiles had great flavor. I just wish they haf a little more crunch, not exactly like chips, but not so mushy. The pancakes were very fluffy. The place is a bit rundown, but the staff friendliness made up for it. It's a family owned business.“
“It felt rushed, they brought us the check right away as soon as the food was brought, and asked if we needed anything else. It wasn’t even busy for them needing the table. “I been coming here since it opened I love the hot turkey plate, it is one of the joys of my life. Each time I had a baby in the hospital the hubby brought me the meal with all sides exactly how I want them. The potatoes are Amazing, the turkey is real, and the gravy is to die for. Folks remember to ask them for a little extra dish of gravy it makes all the difference in the world. My son got me one for my bday but they really skimped on the gravy which ruined the experience. We ordered coffee, steak and shrimp, bacon cheeseburger, and chilli cheese fries.The coffee was amazing for a diner it didnt have that tap water taste that all diners have! The steak was bomb! “My husband and I used to come here all the time when they first opened and we had nothing but great experiences. The few times something went wrong, management was quick to correct it.Recently, I came here with 4 kids and was pleasantly surprised. A lot of these chain restaurants go down hill over time, but BJ’s has still got it.They brought out little snacks for the kids before we were able to order. If you have kids, you know how amazing this is! The waitress seemed a little unhappy at first but warmed up to us. She checked in often and even reminded me of my points from their loyalty program. She was also very patient with the kids as they took their time trying to figure out what to order. The restaurant was a bit loud but not so much that you couldn’t hold conversation. I thought it would be slow but it was fairly busy.The food.. I got the cherry chipotle salmon which came with asparagus, couscous, and some tomato bits. I like asparagus but usually just eat the tips… these ones were cooked perfectly all the way through, end to end. The flavor of the sauce was actually really good. I’m not one for cooked tomato but again found myself eating it and enjoying it. The kids loved their food as well and the Pizookie was still on-point.My only negative, was that the menus were sticky. Like almost can’t touch sticky. Otherwise, I think we need to go back here more often.“

“Really good chicken fried steak and eggs . Their home salsa picante is bomb. This is by far the best breakfast spot in the High Desert.Their menudo is one of the better ones in the High Desert.The staff is great and makes you feel like family. Be patient, the food is worth it.“
“Delicious diner spot. I had an appointment in the area and wanted some breakfast before I went. Saw this little spot and decided to give it a go. I ordered the Popeye omelette (spinach, swiss cheese, bacon, added bell pepper and onion,) it was very yummy. It was enough food for 2 people for a reasonable price. “We went for lobster fest. The restaurant was not busy, but the wait was 30 mins. There were a minimum of 10 tables at the front, but they walked us to the back. After some more waiting we ordered drinks...and they were delivered with out the biscuits -- we had to ask for them. Overall the food was good, but the service was meh which somewhat ruined the experience.“
