“We went for lunch this past Sunday. First time being here, I love the inside of the restaurant and the Atmosphere the people were so friendly. We ordered shrimp scampi. We also ordered a French dip sandwich. The house salad with this amazing dressing that is made in house.
And french fries. They were amazing. And of course we ordered three desserts. Whatever I did not finish there. I took it home. Our server or waitress. She was amazing. Very nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable with the menu she explained in detail the desserts. Her name is Jocelyn and I will be back again.

“This is my first time eating here at Gillman's. I ordered a double fat boy w/cheese, (no relish, no onions) with a side of garlic fries and a pineapple shake. The attitude and friendliness of the staff, show you their appreciation for your business. The down to earth, chill atmosphere is a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal. The food. . .let me tell you about the food music I could taste. From the fresh grilled london broil beef patties to the lightly sweet cool crunch of the lettuce and tomato. Garlic fries had just the right amount of diced garlic and melted cheese to not overpower any other item that it is ordered with. Everything was perfectly cooked to order with an intent to satisfy the most famished of customers. Truly great food with reasonable prices! Go and try for yourself when you're in Oakdale!“

“My husband and I tried this place for the first time last Monday. It was great! We had the outside area near the outdoor fire to ourselves. The food and drinks were on fire LITERALLY. The portions were very big so I would say it’s worth the money. Two people could easily share an entree. The drink didn’t taste that good and they did forget to add shrimp to my pasta but besides that it was a very nice night. We would try this place again!“

“Order the nachos. Wow, talk about a HUGE portion. Yeah, even though I ate some until I was feeling full, I still had so much leftover. That when I asked for a to go box, it was so full I could barely get the box closed. U can order it with either chili Verde or chili beans served topped with guacamole & sour cream & pico gallo & a roastedjalapeño & plenty of grated cheese melted all over it. I asked the waitress if I could order it with half of the Chili Verde & half with the chili beans. She said, "Sure, no problem." They were so delicious. I would definitely order them again. “We pulled into the Rivets American Grill because Abalone Pete has a hankerin for one of the gals there. It's been some time since he's been there, and he says she wasn't there but I think he lied to me because he didn't want me to see her. We had about an hour and a half still to drive before we got to the cotton fields so we filled up with some pretty Awesome food! And let me tell you something...the stuffed chicken breast was beyond Amazing!

“I love the food, it never disappoints! The ladies are wonderful and this is one of my favorite places to eat. My top favs: chicken teriyaki sandwich, Tri-tip sandwich and the BBQ chicken wrap. I've never had their burgers but everyone tells me they're delicious! Totally recommend this place! You won't regret it! Thank you ladies for your delicious food!“

“Originally went in for the salad bar, when I asked our server what proteins were available she said eggs only. She acted like my questions bothered her. I was hoping to see if I could buy a piece of chicken to go with my salad. I ended up getting Cobb salad and ate half.“

“This place Rocks! Just look at the reviews, even the people that want to complain, cant really complain because their server got their back. Its just a damn happy place. You do literally squeeze in and its always a bit noisy. The sounds of amazing people enjoying life. Just dont do as I did and drink mimosas before breakfast or you will break very fast. My sister tripped over the same stone. What im trying to say is that a couple mimosas got this liquor drinker drunk, soaked, like a donut left too long in a cup of milk to where it disintegrates.“
