Oishi! Love this place. It's a very reasonably priced prix fixe Japanese restaurant where the food is meticulously and artistically prepared. Clearly it's the owner's passion, artistry, and abilities that combine to make this place so wonderful. And guess what, he's actually Japanese! Also, he is very welcoming, gracious, and kind. The restaurant is small and intimate, and the wait staff is very friendly. And this restaurant is simply the best Japanese restaurant...
It’s so hard to articulate how special Delage was. I found a reservation last minute. The server and the chef were amazing. The space is cozy and welcoming. The food was incredible. The bill - underwhelming (in a good way). I am still wondering what am I missing. Such a great omakase experience for $125??? I must be missing something?
My wife and I had a great time here! The ambiance was really pleasant, the dishes were truly top quality omakase, and the staff was extremely accommodating. We’ll definitely be coming back!
