If u wanna feel like you’re in another place far from home - like say- Cartagena - this little section of Oakland will take you there.
The most incredible meal I’ve ever had. I mean wow. Everything was top tier, you can tell each dish had so much thought and effort put into it. This place is Michelin caliber cuisine.
