Sham was the greatest. Came in on a Saturday at 9:30 am. He took care of us right away. We had the coupon for being a diamond member and he informed us we could upgrade our breakfast to any items on the menu for $5.00 I ended up choosing the omelette. It Was delicious. My coworker chose the burrito and he said it was delicious. Sham said he also works the evening shift at the tavern in the same building so if you don't make it to breakfast you can always come dine w him for dinner...read full review
I come to the Hilton Airport Hotel quite often for business. Amelia's is definitely a place to grab that night cap and and the food is AMAZING! I love the NY Steak! The Grilled Cheese with avocado in it with a tomato soup is super yummy. You really can't go wrong.

Tried the fish Taco's and they were amazing. Loved the touch of Serrano Pepper and the flavors were great. Also the burger is a simply mouth watering . Really liked the ambiance
